Aromatherapy To Invigorate

Feeling run down? Try aromatherapy to invigorate your senses and recharge your energy level. This is a safer natural way to stimulate your run down, over worked bodies. Today too many people are burning the soy candle at both ends. We have been conditioned to think we need to pack allot of things into very little time.

The cost of living has risen to unbelievable heights with in the last few years. This results in people working long hours just to be able to make ends meet. Then if you add all of your families activities in there you have a run down frazzled parent.

I used to work two full time jobs and a part time job. This made less time I had to spend at home with my family. It also made me feel so run down that when I did get to spend time at home I felt like taking a nap. Life is short but, it gets allot shorter when you have to work all those long hours. A friend once asked me what good is all the money you make if you're not around to enjoy it?

This is about the time when I first heard about aromatherapy. I found that I had allot more energy at home when I used aromatherapy to invigorate my tired overworked body. I still work but have ended up cutting back to only 40 hrs a week. I now work a night shift and still feel a little tired on my first day off. I try to stay up all day just so I don't sleep my first day off away. Night shifts are the only shifts that you get off work and return to work in the same day.

Here are some of the aromatherapy scents that helps to invigorate me when I really need a pick me up.

Peppermint

Peppermint can help to clear your mind and pick you up when you feel run down. It can give you a clear head and also help with mental fatigue. The invigorating scent stimulates you mentally and helps you become a more effective and productive person.

Spearmint

Spearmint is in the same plant family as the peppermint. It also has the same effect as the peppermint. It's scent is stronger and therefore some people prefer not to use it. It is great for those times when you come home from work exhausted and still have all of those projects that need to be done at home. Try spearmint aromatherapy to invigorate you and see if this scent is the one that works.

Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a warming scent. It's spicy kick you in the pants aroma is just what you need when you're home from work and don't want to do the chores at home. It's hard to get the home work done when you're feeling exhausted from the job work! Try a soy candle made with cinnamon essential oil and see if it helps to pick you up.

Rosemary

Rosemary is a herb that is an excellent choice as an essential oil when you are physically wore out. It is a good way to wake up in the mornings when you have a hard time getting out of bed. I've heard some people say they prefer to use it in the mornings. They use it then because it works so well that they end up having a hard time sleeping if they use it at night.

Vanilla

Vanilla is probably the most versatile of aromas and scents. The flavoring is put into every thing from cookies to toothpaste. The scent of vanilla is one of my most favorites. It seems to calm and invigorate at the same time. It's one of the most well known scents on the market. Everyone has had something that smelt or tasted like vanilla. It can calm stressed out nerves, lift your mood, invigorate your senses and reenergize your body. Try vanilla aromatherapy to invigorate you.

Myrrh

Myrrh has a warm spicy aroma. The scent can invigorate the senses and help when you are unmotivated. It can be used when you're experiencing stages of mental or physical weakness. While it invigorates you, it can also calm and put you in a better frame of mind. It enables you to concentrate on tasks at hand and have the energy to finish what needs to be done.

Lemongrass

Lemongrass essential oil is good aromatherapy to invigorate you when you're exhausted and need a little more umph. It also helps to balance the nervous system and ease tension. When you're having a hard time focusing and have very little energy it can lift your mood and make you more alert.

Try a soy candle made with anyone of these scents to invigorate you mentally and physically.

As you are enjoying your soy candles please be responsible and keep out of the reach of children and pets. Never leave a burning candle unattended.
